Local Moves - How it works

• A field estimator will discuss your move with you, answer your questions, and reserve your move date at a competitive hourly rate.
  
• Our operations team checks in with you a few days later to finalize what we'll be moving and answer any additional questions you might have.
  
• On moving day, we send you 2-3 movers and a truck with all the necessary equipment to do the job right.
  
• Our driver takes an inventory with you of what we'll be moving and you sign the necessary paperwork.
  
• We carefully load the truck with your belongings, taking care to wrap and pad your items for protection.
  
• We drive with you, following if possible, to your new home.
  
• We place your belongings where you ask us to.
  
• We calculate the final bill and take payment by credit or debit card (no checks please).
  
• After your move is completed, we'll e-mail you a customer service survey to get your feedback
